ARRIVAL NO LATER THAN: Monday, July 23, 2007 at 6 p.m.
RELEASE TIME: Sunday, July 29, 2007 between 5 and 6 p.m. Doors
will be locked at 6 p.m. YOU are responsible for exhibits left after
that time.
GENERAL RULES:
1. All 4-H General Ag exhibits will be judged from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
on Monday, July 23, 2007 using the interview system. Parents and leaders
are encouraged to attend with the child during the interview judging
process, however, the 4-Her is responsible for answering the judges
questions.
2. Top Exhibit in each division will be awarded a Best Individual
Exhibit Rosette.
3. Premiums will be as the following schedules:
Juniors (8, 9, 10) - Premium Schedule:

3. No dead, or parts of dead animal are allowed unless properly
preserved. The Superintendent reserves the right to disqualify and
dispose of any project considered a potential health hazard.

Rules:
1. All exhibits should attach skills summary questions or may be penalized
at judge's discretion.
2. Insect collections must be displayed collections (specimens must be
visible without opening a box). Order and individual specimen labels are
available from the state 4-H bulletin room. Individual specimen labels
should include:
*Line1: State and location in state where specimen was located
(WY: 5 mi N. Cheyenne)
*Line 2: Collection date and where specimen was found (23-VI-98, on
alfalfa)
*Line 3: Name of collector (COL: B. Smith)
3. Posters or displays must have a hanging device.
4. No live insects or toxic substances allowed.

RULES:

2. Exhibit trays will be provided.
3. Please use zip close bags for easy removal.
4. The Garden Superintendent will have the authority to dispose of
entries which have begun to spoil prior to the end of the fair.
Exhibitors will still receive their ribbons and awards.
5. Some vegetables may be removed after judging for use in the
vegetable judging contest. Exhibitors will still receive ribbons and
awards.
6. Drawings, charts, and mounted displays should be limited to a
maximum size of 22" x 28". Pictures, posters, or display boards
not appropriately prepared for hanging will not be displayed.

Rules:
1. An exhibit may be entered in the Self-Determined division only if it
can't be entered in other classes in the premium book.
2. All exhibits should attach skills summary questions, or it may be
penalized at judge's discretion.
3. No group entries allowed.
4. Each exhibit in the Self-Determined area must be accompanied by an
"information sheet" indicating:
a. Topic selected
b. Goals to be achieved
c. How the project was carried out
d. Accomplishments
Exhibits that do not have this statement will be disqualified.
5. The exhibit will be judged on:
a. How well the goals are met, or an explanation of how they were
met.
b. Suitability of methods or procedures
c. Clarity of explanation of exhibit
d. Achievement or accomplishment in project area.
6. Large exhibits will be displayed outside the 4-H exhibit building
These exhibits will be displayed at the exhibitor's own risk.
7. Pictures, posters or display boards not appropriately prepared for
hanging will not be displayed.

9. Any large item which cannot be displayed in the exhibit hall must be
