For all Non-Livestock Exhibitors, judges will first determine the quality
of the project and place it accordingly with a Blue, Red, or White "Non
Premium" ribbon. The judge will then place the project with a "Premium"
ribbon according to the above named schedules.
PREMIUM CHECKS WILL BE MAILED BY SEPTEMBER 1.
