ARRIVAL NO LATER THAN: Monday, July 23, 2007 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
RELEASE TIME: Sunday, July 29, 2007 between 5 and 6 p.m. Doors will be locked at 6 p.m. YOU are responsible for exhibits left after that time.

GENERAL RULES:
1. All entries must be ready for immediate display BEFORE ARRIVAL. All pieces must be framed or matted, AND hung with WIRE. Absolutely NO "self-leveling" sawtooth hangers or string accepted. Glass on pictures entered at own risk.
2. Only one entry in each class per exhibitor.
3. Any article that has received an award at a pervious Park County Fair is not eligible for entry.
4. Display FOR SALE signs are prohibited.
5. All artwork must be original.
6. Artwork must be no larger than 50 x 50 inches including frame. Miniature class no larger than 10 x 10 inches including frame.
7. There will be a professional judge and prizes and ribbons will be awarded. Artwork will also go into the "PEOPLE'S CHOICE" unless otherwise requested. No premiums will be awarded for the People's Choice Award.
8. Classification of work will be:
A. Amateur: Beginning Art , all amateurs age 15 and up may enter in fine arts.
B. Advanced Amateur: has had four or five years of art
classes.
C. Professionals: One who paints primarily for the purpose of selling, teaching or is an art school graduate.
9. Top Exhibit in each division will receive a Purple Rosette and a Special Award. Special Sweepstakes Rosette for Best Single Entry in this department.
10. Must be 15 years old and up. (Age required on Entry Form)
11. Work has to be fixed to hang or it will be disqualified.
12. Art work must be entered under the artists own name.
